Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before confirming your reservation for the event. By confirming the reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:

Reservation and Attendance:

• All confirmed reservations are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or event cancellation.

• Confirmed reservations are valid only for the event and date specified.

• Guests must provide proof of reservation for entry into the event.

• Confirmed reservations are non-transferable and should not be resold or exchanged without the explicit approval of the event organisers.

Age Restriction:

• Guests must comply with the legal age requirements for the event they wish to attend.

• Valid identification may be required to verify age at the entry point.

Reservation Changes and Cancellations:.

• In the event of cancellation, guests will be entitled to a refund. The refund will be made to the original method of payment. Proof of payment will be required to receive the refund.

Venue Regulations:

• Guests must comply with all venue rules, regulations. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission should patrons breach any Rules and Regulations of the venue without refund.

• The venue may on occasions have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.

• Behaviour that disrupts the event, endangers others, or violates local laws and regulations may result in removal from the event without refund.

Health and Safety:

• Guests are responsible for their health and safety during the event.

• If feeling unwell or showing COVID-19 or any other symptoms, guests are urged to stay home and not attend the event.

• Venue may implement health and safety protocols, which attendees must follow.

Photography and Recording:

• Photography, video recording, or audio recording of the event may be restricted or allowed only for personal use. Commercial use requires explicit permission from event organisers.

• Attendees consent to being filmed, photographed, and recorded by event organisers for promotional purposes.
  

Liability:

• Guests assume all risks and responsibilities associated with attending the event.

• Venue is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or theft incurred during the event, unless due to their gross negligence.
  

Event Postponement or Rescheduling:

• In case of event postponement or rescheduling, confirmed reservations will remain valid for the new date.

• If the event is moved or rescheduled, the venue or event partners may set refund limitations. Additionally, event organisers reserve the right to alter or vary the program due to events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.

• Any refund agreed will be made to the original method of payment. Proof of payment will be required to receive the refund.
  

Force Majeure:

• Event organisers shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the event due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, strikes, or government orders.

Data Privacy:

• By confirming a reservation, guests agree to the event organisers’ privacy policy and consent to the collection and use of personal data for event-related purposes.

Modification of Terms:

• Event organisers reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on the event’s official website or communication channels.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the event takes place.

• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
  By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
